Theatre Academy
At Footlights, our theatre academy bring stories to life on stage. From our youngest performers to our advanced Theatre Academy, we provide a nurturing environment for students to develop their talents in acting, singing, and dancing, culminating in exciting productions throughout the year.

Guided by our experienced team, including vocal coach Molly and Footlights Founder Tina, these young performers engage in playful sessions that nurture their singing, dancing, and acting abilities. The children showcase their talents in charming mini-productions or featured moments in our larger shows. It’s a wonderful opportunity for each child to experience the joy of performing in a supportive and creative environment.

Our Theatre Academy is a vibrant hub of creativity, where students are immersed in the world of musical theatre. Under the expert guidance of our in-house vocal coach, Molly, and Footlights Founder, Tina, we produce two full-length musical theatre productions each year.
Evenings are dedicated to developing skills in dance, singing, and acting, while also gaining an understanding of theatre production all with an eye toward the next big show. Sessions are fun, inclusive, and designed to let everyone shine, regardless of experience. Recent productions include 'Seussical', 'Annie', and 'Matilda'.
Show Choir
Our Show Choir, led by vocal coach Molly, is a high-energy, one-hour session focusing on vocal performance and harmonies.
Open to ages 10 and up, this class combines group singing with performance skills, encouraging students to develop their vocal technique while working on dynamic, multi-part harmonies. Under Molly’s guidance, singers will explore a variety of musical styles, from pop to musical theatre, with an emphasis on expression, stage presence, and teamwork. Whether you’re new to choir or a seasoned performer, this class provides a fun and supportive environment to build confidence and vocal ability
